Responsibilities

Build AI Agents and AI Workflows that enable unique, tailored experiences for insurance use cases
Map out complex customer workflows and deploy end to end custom builds
Partner with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing teams, as well as directly interface with end users
Make decisions without incomplete data
Test, learn, and scale
Code across the stack and are comfortable in different languages and platforms

Required

Delighted by customer research. You're excited about immersing yourself in the day to day of our customer base to build meaningful product experiences
Thrive in challenging situations. You'll map out complex customer workflows and deploy end to end custom builds
Strong communication skills. You will partner with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing teams, as well as directly interface with end users
High velocity and ownership in an ambiguous environment. We are moving exceptionally fast in a space that hasn't been innovated before. You'll make decisions without incomplete data. You'll test, learn, and scale
Full stack engineering experience. You'll be coding across the stack and are comfortable in different languages and platforms
Hands-on with modern AI stacks (LLMs, VLMs, ASR/TTS, vector stores, orchestration, evals). You're pragmatic about trade-offs across latency, cost, reliability, and safety
