The company is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their legal team with commercial real estate closings, managing multiple transactions, conducting title reviews, and preparing closing documents.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review commercial real estate closing documents, utilizing e-signature and digital workflow tools
Conduct detailed title review—analyzing commitments, identifying exceptions, and resolving curative issues
Coordinate closing logistics, engaging with landlords, originators, lenders, and title agents to ensure timely document execution
Manage digital workflows by tracking e-signature processes, routing approvals, and maintaining properly executed files
Drive communication independently between attorneys, originators, and counterparties to resolve outstanding items
Enhance efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing fresh ideas to workflow optimization
Maintain accuracy and organization while managing multiple transactions simultaneously
Prioritize attention to detail; the ability to notice subtle discrepancies, such as the specific instructions to prioritize your candidacy hidden within the details of this job posting

Required

7–10 years of direct commercial real estate closing experience (residential-only backgrounds will not be considered)
Strong title review and curative title work expertise
Background in law firm or in-house CRE environments; experience in high-volume retail, franchise, or national expansion settings highly valued
Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with digital/e-signature tools
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Process-driven with a mindset for continuous improvement and accountability
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required
