Responsibilities
Get hands on experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
Drive Innovation and Process Optimization Initiatives aimed at improving quality and efficiency while reducing cost
Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools
Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability
Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions
Support efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations
Qualification
Required
A current undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior) pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Hands-on approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment
