Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property with a passion for the industry
Experience in Customer Service and Sales to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach and attention to detail in meeting client needs
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Preferred
Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes is a plus
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and real estate databases is advantageous
