WGL - Regulatory Project Manager

Lead planning and execution of regulatory projects, rate cases and regulatory filings
Manage cross-functional teams and project governance
Support multi-year regulatory programs and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of project development and delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Policy, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
Proven regulatory experience in a utility or regulated industry
PMP certification (or ability to obtain within a short timeframe)
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools

MBA or advanced degree
