We are seeking a talented Sr. Project Architect/Sr Project Manager to lead a team of Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers, ensuring project success through technical guidance, client relationship management, and quality control throughout all phases of architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a talented team of Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers across multiple offices

Define structural or project elements and processes to meet client needs

Participate in and coordinate estimates and proposal/bid preparations

Ensure performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and other disciplines

Plan and develop architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities

Participate in the conceptual design and provide full support through the entire project

Coordinate with project management, other architects, and leadership on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies

Promote and maintain client relationships through all project phases and serve as a firm ambassador in helping to win new work

Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint on projects and serve as a SME on specialized systems

Review junior staff's work for technical accuracy and provide technical guidance to other professionals and technicians

Perform quality control reviews, field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects

Lead a multidisciplinary team to complete projects and/or manage a small team of direct reports

Required

Have a degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited program or equivalent experience

Have 10-years' experience, including working on parts of major projects or multiple, moderate-sized projects, providing technical guidance to entry/junior-level staff, reviewing others' work for technical accuracy, and participating in the design and implementation of new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that had great impact on the achievement of functional results

Possess an active license in good standing and demonstrate knowledge of state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant ordinances

Be proficient in production software and construction document production

Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions

Have proven ability successfully addressing challenging issues in a sound professional and business-like manner

Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders
