Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and optimize cash flow
Manage the credit approval process for new and existing customers
Oversee collections activities to ensure timely payment and reduce delinquency
Analyze customer financial statements and credit reports to assess risk
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare regular reports on credit exposure, collections performance, and aging analysis
Lead and mentor a team of credit and collections specialists
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in credit and collections management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Strong understanding of credit risk analysis and collection strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop a team
