8+ years expCONSOR Engineers is seeking an experienced Water Resources Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of water-related infrastructure projects. The role focuses on managing stormwater management, hydrology and hydraulics, and drainage systems for various clients while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver stormwater, drainage, and water resources engineering projects from concept through construction
Perform and oversee H&H modeling, stormwater analysis, and design of drainage systems
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for water quality and flood control
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and contract compliance
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with other engineering disciplines
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff
Develop proposals, pursue new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in water resources engineering, including stormwater and drainage design
Proficiency in H&H modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM)
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with municipal stormwater systems, floodplain analysis, and erosion control
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools
Business development experience in a consulting environment
