Responsibilities
Lead the accounting team and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and monthly close
Provide strategic financial insights to guide leadership and support business objectives
Enhance and streamline accounting processes, implement cost accounting strategies, and manage project cost tracking
Oversee audits, tax compliance, and the development of consistent accounting policies and procedures
Prepare and review financial statements and support R&D/project reporting initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA required
6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with proven team leadership
Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational efficiencies within manufacturing/distribution environments
