Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise cloud engineering roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives
Lead strategic initiatives to modernize infrastructure and adopt emerging technologies
Partner with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure cohesive cloud governance
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cloud engineering team
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Own development and maintenance of Terraform modules and IaC standards
Ensure consistent Azure service configuration and compliance across all environments
Drive cost optimization, security hardening, and performance tuning initiatives
Establish processes for operational readiness and incident response
Monitor health advisories and proactively mitigate risks
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of Azure services, networking, security, and governance
Advanced experience with Terraform and Terraform Cloud
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Proven ability to implement cloud security best practices
Experience managing engineering teams and driving enterprise-scale initiatives
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Terraform Associate
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
