Responsibilities
Lead end to end feature development, building towards a AI-native, “above the line” deal flow tracking experience
Natural-language-defined notifications to enable users to receive rich alerts about the companies in their scope based on hyper-customized criteria
A seamless, one-click migration experience to enable customers to port data they want mapped onto their Harmonic instance from their internal tools/systems
Ambient agents that research, produce prep materials, and triage opportunities for users based on their calendar and email engagements
Prototype and productionize novel AI-first design patterns that require solving problems across the stack
This ranges from building complex personalized workflows predicated on large, constantly-updating customer and user specific data to building online and background agents
Hear and learn from venture investors at the industry’s top firms to understand their pain-points and design solutions to address them

Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. This role is 70/30 back-end leaning
A record of shipping high-quality product. We're excited to hear about the major releases you've driven over the past several years
Experience quickly turning ambiguity into clarity - building scalable, performant, and observable frontend and backend systems from first principles while balancing technical, product, and organizational tradeoffs
An interest in venture capital and the startup ecosystem
