The role involves filming and editing short-form highlight videos to enhance the athlete's online presence and brand.

Responsibilities
Attend local track and cross-country meets to capture high-quality video footage
Collaborate with our creative team to plan, shoot, and edit compelling Instagram-ready content (15–60 seconds)
Edit raw footage from travel meets when unable to attend
Maintain a consistent visual identity and storytelling approach
Stay on top of Gen Z content trends, reels, and athletic highlight formats
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sports photography/videography—track and field knowledge is a plus
Skilled in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere (or similar tools)
Access to own recording equipment (camera or high-res smartphone) and editing software
Ability to travel locally for meets in and around Tennessee (Murfreesboro-based preferred)
Punctual, creative, and deadline-driven
High school seniors, college students, or recent grads encouraged to apply
