Responsibilities
Measuring the CTG business from lead through support, leveraging Excel and Tableau, focusing on both PLG & SLG top of funnel metrics
Analyzing key top of funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, New Customer growth
Connecting insights to actions, allowing business leaders to make data driven decisions
Developing and building metrics and key success measures for the business
Partnering with marketing, sales, and growth teams to understand key performance drivers
Enabling better and proactive decision making, in areas including capacity delivery, financial performance and operations
Presenting results and recommendations to VP+ executives
Qualification
Required
Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Show working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup and formatting
Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau
Have experience analyzing data to provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to facilitate larger organizational initiatives
Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Have experience in a marketing/sales operations role or its equivalent
