AllTech Services, Inc. is building the strongest Sewer & Excavation division in Northern Virginia and is seeking a Sewer Technician Team Lead. In this role, you will lead a crew, manage sewer replacement and repair projects, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Run full sewer replacement and repair projects with confidence and precision
Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment safely and expertly
Lead a small crew on job sites
Diagnose sewer failures, plan the dig, and execute the solution
Ensure all work meets code, quality, and AllTech performance standards
Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and teammates
Use modern tools, tablets, camera systems, and new technology to document and execute each job
Keep the job site safe, clean, efficient, and ahead of schedule

Qualification

Sewer repair experienceExcavator operationLeadership skillsProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of sewer repair/replacement experience
Excavator operation experience (non-negotiable)
Strong leadership instincts — you set the tone and drive the pace
Ability to read ground, plan dig lines, and trouble-shoot obstacles
Pride in quality workmanship and safe operation
A crew-first, no-excuses mentality
