Responsibilities

Developing verification processes to meet customer's expectations and regulatory requirements

Training and mentoring junior engineers

Assigning day-to-day tasks to the team, preparing status, and working with the project manager to communicate progress and risks to the customer

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 7 years of related experience

Hands-on experience with C

Hands-on experience with testing

Experience with DO-178C verification

Excellent interpersonal skills including working in a team environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred

Experience with VectorCAST or a similar verification tool

Experience with software development

Understanding of all DO-178C lifecycles
