Set and lead vision and strategy for Talent Marketing, including annual planning, integrated campaigns, and operational excellence
Collaborate, influence and communicate effectively across levels across the enterprise to build trust, confidence and align stakeholders
Drive full-funnel marketing programs across paid and owned channels, leveraging insights to optimize performance and deliver against key goals
Empower and develop your team, fostering growth and enabling them to deliver their best work

Required

6 – 10+ years proven experience in strategic integrated marketing leadership, including digital acquisition, brand storytelling and owned strategies
3+ years leading and developing teams across multiple marketing disciplines, with proven success fostering high performance
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Curiosity for audience behavior, macro insights, and brand positioning to inform long-term strategy
Skilled at annual strategic planning, business case development and budget management
