Guide current offshore team with AI development
Engage in modeling, development, or training as necessary
Qualification
Required
Data modelling and Postgres DB
Development of Gemini LLM and other open sources for performance management application with supervised learning
Build Agentic AI including supervised and reinforcement learning methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks)
Build datasets for agents
Fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency
A/B testing
Clear communication and accountability for own performance
Apply problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set
Dedicate part time efforts to ensure AI success
