Supports the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of NOV downhole and above ground horizontal pump systems
Involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineering
0 to 5 years of work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
Collaborate professionally with team and peers
Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems
Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions
Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures
Respecting diversity
Communication, able to express relevant information appropriately, clearly, and correctly
Learn and operate multiple NOV specific software/programs
Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions
Applies fundamental engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve designs and processes
An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)
Preferred
Experience with centrifugal pumps
