Trade Compliance Intern

The Trade Compliance Intern will work within the legal department, providing regulatory guidance on export controls and sanctions while gaining hands-on experience in compliance tasks and developing professional relationships.

Responsibilities
Gain hands on experience in denied party screening, customer due diligence, and licensing
Receive excellent training and ongoing supervision
Be given an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals
Be invited to attend an intern webinar series, networking/social events with other MACOM interns
Attend networking/social events
Receive formal, written feedback
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a J.D. program or
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Due to ITAR regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
