Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to deepen relationships and understand donor interests
Develop customized cultivation and solicitation strategies for each donor
Collaborate with leadership to achieve annual fundraising goals
Manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping of contributions and pledges
Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and present insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
Proven fundraising experience
Strong communication and networking skills
Grant writing and donor management experience
Event planning and community outreach experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
