Staffing Coordinator and Trainer
Prime Healthcare is dedicated to providing operational support to community hospitals across the country. The Corporate Staffing Coordinator & Trainer is responsible for supporting and training on staffing management systems, implementing staffing applications, and producing staffing reports while managing staff schedules.

Responsibilities
Providing support and training on staffing management systems and applications
Implementing all staffing applications and support that are utilized by corresponding facilities
Training local staffing and leadership teams on staffing applications, staffing policies and procedures, staffing best practices, as well as productivity metrics
Maintaining and producing routine and ad-hoc staffing reports as requested and when needed
Managing staff schedules
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A minimum of one year's experience in healthcare supporting staffing and patient acuity systems (preferably in an acute care setting)
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience and understanding of nurse staffing ratios
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in project management
Experience and willingness to work across different states while managing schedules
Previous experience with ShiftWizard application
