Responsibilities
Draft plans/mark-ups for the purpose of creating construction documents
Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for review
Revise plans according to client, manager, or reviewer comments
Assist in organizing and maintaining all CAD or BIM-related files for clients
May assist in the responsibility of submitting plans on time
Ability to adhere to office CAD and BIM standards and practices
Perform non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions under minimum supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years architectural drafting experience
Experience with CAD & Revit
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents
a self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with knowledge and interest in environmental and sustainable design
strong technical and graphic ability
The candidate must be attuned to the company's missions and values

Preferred
Associates' or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
College drafting courses, certificate or Associates's degree strongly preferred
