Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for NDT operations aligned with company objectives
Oversee all NDT activities, including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and other advanced methods
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASNT, ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements
Manage and mentor a team of NDT professionals, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical challenges
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in NDT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Familiarity with automated inspection systems and data analytics
Strong understanding of safety and quality management systems
