Responsibilities
Financial & Operational Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models to track KPIs across departments
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: Use machine learning and statistical techniques to forecast revenue, cost trends, and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other departments to translate complex data into actionable insights
Automation & Process Improvement: Optimize data processes, automate reporting, and ensure real-time access to critical business metrics
Data Governance & Quality: Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across all reporting platforms
Technology Stack & Tooling: Utilize SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or other analytics platforms to generate insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field required
5-8+ years of experience in BI, Data Science, FP&A, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and operational efficiency analytics
Experience with Alteryx or AI-guided analytic software
Proficiency in data analytics and ad-hoc business analysis
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Preferred
Prior experience at private equity owned company strongly preferred
Experience in a high-growth environment preferred
