Seaport Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join their New York office, reporting to the VP & Associate General Counsel. The role focuses on corporate governance, legal entity management, and SEC compliance while collaborating with various teams within the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide corporate governance support, including Board of Directors materials (via Diligent) and Annual Shareholder Meeting logistics

Manage legal entity records, organizational charts, and franchise tax payments in coordination with CSC

Assist with SEC and other regulatory filings

Draft and review basic legal contracts (NDAs, LOIs, sponsorship agreements, event/venue buy-out agreements, purchase orders, etc.)

Support administrative insurance claims management (preferred, not required), coordinating with claims representatives and tracking matters to resolution

Partner with cross-functional teams across SEG on legal and business initiatives

Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across all legal processes
