Responsibilities
Handle daily benefits mail including responding to ERISA requests for benefits information
Complete monthly benefits billing to ensure payments are processed timely and accurately
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to benefits programs including providing assistance in non-routine scenarios that may arise concerning benefits
Support various associate benefit programs including health, wellness benefits, and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with government regulations related to all associate benefit programs, correspondence and participant inquiries
Assist in review and updating manuals, summary plan descriptions, and other relevant benefits materials. Maintain current benefits content on company intranet and microsites
Support development of communication materials and coordinate benefits events to enhance employee understanding of the company's benefit programs
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional work experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
U.S. benefits administration background
Professional certification in HR/Benefits
Knowledge of government regulations
