Responsibilities
Inspect and measure materials to verify conformance to a work instruction, customer specification, or drawing
Notify supervisors and personnel responsible about products or materials not meeting specifications in accordance to standard operating procedures
Record inspection data and mark items with details on acceptance or rejection status and follow procedures for non-conforming product
Notify supervisors or other personnel about production problems
Appropriately package and prepare parts for the next operation required at Dynomax or outside processing
Use XRF for plated components to determine plating thickness
Qualification
Required
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Able to handle large parts upwards of 50 lbs for short periods
Able to work at a microscope and handle miniature sized parts using tweezers and other small hand tools
1 year+ of manufacturing experience as a machine operator or inspector
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Plating experience preferred
Experience working in a NADCAP environment is a plus
