Responsibilities

Building a personal practice of consulting and design for healthcare, life sciences, and industrial clients
Recruiting and developing a MEP team based in Dallas
Identify new clients and future opportunities beyond those identified in the projections with support from local, regional, and national marketing resources
Collaborate with practice teams in other offices who share client relationships that may benefit your practice and vise-versa
Collaborate with practice and support partners to develop a sustainable plan for staffing support
Mentor future staff for professional development and exceptional client service
Participate in community and professional organizations to promote the Kimley-Horn brand and the practice

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degrees are a plus) or Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering (BSAE) required
8+ years of related experience
PE- State of Texas
Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Kimley-Horn in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. We do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions
