They are seeking Project Management Interns to work closely with their Supply Chain team, managing various projects related to supply operations, inventory management, and business operation analytics.

Responsibilities

Capstone Project: Creation of a “retail outlet store” for unsellable items at Diaza

Events and Logistics planning for sizing and Diaza activation events

Updating and creating master data sheets with information

Lean manufacturing - Find out ways to reduce waste of inventory and items

Checking and making sure reordering points are accurate on premise and Shopify

Creation of POs for ordering new and low inventory

Creating an automated system for reordering alerts coming through

Automated flow reports for low stock items (a “stock inventory report”)

Updating and creating master data sheets with information

Open order reporting on Shopify

Order Data Management

Sorting and managing order data flow

Creating an automated system

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program graduating between Dec 2026 - May 2029. Pursuing Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, and Business Administration, Engineering preferred, but not required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Ability to communicate and work in a collaborative environment

Someone who can adapt and be flexible with their assignments
