Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in embedded hardware development, firmware/software testing, and test engineering automation
Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
Assist in the setup and execution of test plans for embedded systems, including performance verification and compliance testing
Support the development and automation of test procedures for firmware, software, and hardware components
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and validate embedded systems in lab environments
Work with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to track tasks, update progress, and support agile workflows
Participate in design reviews, DFMEAs, and project status meetings
Assist in the creation of technical documentation including drawings, manuals, and installation guides
Contribute to team-based initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and product development
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
Completion of sophomore year or higher
Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred

Exposure to CAD software, preferably Altium Designer
Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
