Responsibilities

Develop and lead the forward-looking strategy and roadmap for the Lead to Order Value Stream, ensuring alignment with business goals, technology trends, and operational efficiency initiatives and scalability

Lead the technical implementation of Lead to Order Platforms (CRM, Estimating, Quoting, Pricing)

Oversee the architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of business-critical applications

Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and align application solutions accordingly

Design, implement, and maintain MEC information systems and programs to enhance business effectiveness, solve problems, and create new opportunities to achieve business goals

Prepare systems and program specifications, test criteria, project control, and management reporting

Collaborate with business team management and end users to understand system requirements and solutions

Partner within IT to ensure alignment (e.g., security, data, project management, infrastructure, operations, etc.)
