Build AI-enabled pipelines of world-class technology leaders aligned to Empower’s growth strategy
Continuously map and segment global talent across healthcare technology ecosystems
Cultivate long-term executive relationships to position Empower as an employer of choice
Use AI analytics to monitor competitor leadership shifts and emerging trends
Track ecosystem signals, including patents, funding, and board appointments
Deliver real-time, actionable intelligence briefings to Empower’s leadership
Implement structured, AI-supported evaluation frameworks to ensure data-driven hiring
Prepare stakeholders to assess leadership, compliance, and cultural alignment rigorously
Facilitate calibrated decision-making that prevents bias and ensures strategic alignment
Architect competitive offers that balance candidate motivation and compliance standards
Deploy AI-driven insights to personalize value propositions for executive candidates
Lead precise closing strategies that neutralize risks and secure commitments
Design pre-onboarding plans to engage executives before day one
Anticipate and resolve transition challenges, ensuring seamless integration
Maintain AI-tracked checkpoints to monitor engagement and accelerate retention

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and advisory capability with senior leadership teams
