Responsibilities

Platform responsibility & vendor management
Serve as the internal technical point of contact for OneTrust
Act as system owner from IT perspective — accountable for stability, performance, and lifecycle planning. Oversee upgrades, patches, and release cycles, coordinating UAT to validate changes and minimize disruption to end users
Collaborate with OneTrust Customer Success Manager
Collaborate with GRC Systems Operations Manager to identify, prioritize and oversee the development of automation rules, workflows, and templates in OneTrust Manage and develop the usage of a role-based access control (RBAC) across all modules in OneTrust
Provide 2nd level technical support for incidents
Ensure documentation and solution architecture documents are maintained and developed according to external and internal roadmaps
All other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong 3+ experience in SaaS platforms, ideally with OneTrust, ServiceNOW, and enterprise IT environments
Technical knowledge in APIs, integrations, JSON, RBAC, and workflow automation
Ability to work cross-functionally with Privacy, GRC, ICFR, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams
Analytical and documentation skills, with hands-on experience in data modeling and template-based data management
Comfortable managing multiple integration initiatives and coordinating with both OneTrust as the vendor and internal teams
