Required

First and second chair experience in complex product liability, toxic tort litigation, and multidistrict litigation (MDL)

Significant experience in litigation and complex discovery

Oral advocacy skills

Trial strategy and case evaluation experience

Jury selection experience

Knowledge of evidentiary rules and cross-examination

Experience working with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel

Persuasive writing and speaking skills

Proven research abilities

Strong academic background

Capacity to work both independently and within a collaborative trial team

Prior complex product liability and toxic tort litigation trial experience

Must reside and be admitted to practice in the United States
