Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team delivering financial services products from concept to adoption

Define a strategic roadmap that addresses key priorities such as digital banking, risk management, compliance, and customer experience

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks, credit unions, and fintech ecosystems

Ensure all products meet regulatory and security standards, including SOX, PCI-DSS, and GLBA compliance

Collaborate with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies for financial institutions of all sizes

Shape pricing strategies that reflect the financial services market landscape

Monitor emerging trends such as AI-driven risk assessment, blockchain, and real-time payments to drive innovation

Define and track KPIs to measure market adoption, customer satisfaction, and ROI

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

12+ years of experience in financial services technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level

Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends in banking and lending. Industry experience is a strong plus

Proven success in launching enterprise-grade financial technology solutions

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders
