The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead strategic finance efforts, oversee FP&A, and deliver actionable insights to guide senior leadership decisions.

Responsibilities
Lead the FP&A function, including multi-year planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis
Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leaders to drive informed decision-making
Prepare executive-level and board-ready financial presentations and investor reports
Manage scenario modeling, cash flow and runway analysis, and fundraising-related financial support
Design and scale FP&A systems, financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards
Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks to drive accountability across teams
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, unit economics, customer lifetime value, and margin optimization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in an FP&A leadership role within a VC-backed or high-growth environment
Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing FP&A teams
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Track record of delivering financial insights to boards, investors, and senior executives
Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strong executive presence
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or comparable systems
