They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Application Tower to support COTS/GOTS systems and ensure optimal system performance through design, implementation, and troubleshooting of systems infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Experience in prioritizing system outages, projects and tasks while providing technical assistance and resolution to team to ensure optimal system performance

Ability to design and implement operational server systems and prototypes according to engineering data and Government requirements

Extensive knowledge of systems principles, protocols and design to evaluate and gain optimal performance

Collaborate with Network and System Engineers, vendors, and other personnel to identify, define, and solve trending or developmental problems

Maintain, troubleshoot and repair systems infrastructure

Experience with cloud engineering and migration strategies, and ability to communicate, coordinate and resolve technical issues with data center engineering on systems that are maintained at each data center location

Required

5+ years in of detailed technical experience in supporting COTS/GOTS, similar to the following or related field (within last 7 years)

Camera Systems/After Action Review/Milestone XProtect AAR system

Facilities & Maintenance System

IT Service Management System (Ivanti)
