Qualification
Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the real estate investment market and hard money lending practices
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients
Detail-oriented mindset to manage loan applications and maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
Proficiency with financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate, lending, or financial services is a plus
Holding a relevant Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker license is advantageous
