Responsibilities
Create analytical frameworks and perform detailed analyses on customer data to assist with developing sales and service strategies
Simplify data visualization by utilizing and building dashboards via Power BI
Generate research reports such as market forecast for potential banking products and financial services, prospective customer analysis, industry updates, economics and political outlook, and competitor assessment, etc
Design and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting business related data, and generate analysis report for business development reference
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies by comparing actual results with projected outcome
Gather financial data and compile statistical information for recommendation to the senior management
Synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations, summarize and discuss recommendations
Serve as a liaison between business, IT and other departments within the Ban
Consolidate monthly performance reports to present to managers, and senior management
Organize and coordinate regional management meetings and events
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or any related fields
4+ years in business analyst in the banking industry
Knowledge of financial markets, banking and other financial activities
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently with minimal supervision
