Responsibilities

Serves as the Senior Analyst for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) and Manpower within the Directorate of Integration
Provides analytical and policy support to align TADSS modernization and manpower structure with Army concepts, capabilities, and ReARMM cycles
Assesses training interoperability, lifecycle cost, and manpower impacts across DOTMLPF-P domains
Conducts analysis of authorizations and resource distribution to ensure alignment with approved programs and POM/SPAR decisions
Develops reports and briefings supporting Army modernization and readiness objectives

Required

Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability
Proficient in evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems
Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data-driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization
