Responsibilities

Operate and manage a system that serves over 300+ clients, lead system improvements to bring our operation systems to perfection
Coordinate work across creators, editors, and the script team from intake → script → shoot → edit → delivery
Run status checks; identify blockers early and drive resolution
Maintain a simple status board with owners, next actions, ETAs, and risks; share proactive updates with clients
Track timelines and dependencies so projects hit deadlines without last-minute chaos
Document processes, handoff standards, and best practices to keep quality consistent

Qualification

Operations ManagementProject ManagementCoordination SkillsPM Tools ProficiencyCommunication Skills

Required

2+ years in operations or project management (agency, production, or similar environment a plus)
Strong coordination and communication skills—clear tickets, concise updates, fast follow-through
Comfortable juggling multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
Solid command of PM and communication tools
Calm under pressure; bias to action; ownership minds
