This role serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, define requirements, and guide system implementations, particularly those integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT to understand processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions
Lead end-to-end business process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, use-case creation, and documentation of business and system requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for application development and system integration
Collaborate with development and QA teams to support solution design, testing, and validation activities
Support change management, user training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful adoption
Lead small to medium-scale projects independently; contribute to larger projects under program managers
Track and manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Ensure thorough documentation of project activities and changes throughout the lifecycle
Support and enhance integrations between internal systems and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), Salesforce, and other applications across the company
Identify and support automation opportunities across applications and business processes
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
Develop business process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
Teamwork
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new technology
Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities
Knowledge of networks, information, and communication technologies
Structure Query Language (SQL)
Project Management Knowledge
Knowledge in Information Systems
Industry and business knowledge
Techniques and service management
Preferred
Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMI-PMP, Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner) is preferred
Professional certification in business analysis (e.g. PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP, MBA) is strongly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or any other ERP, highly desirable
Experience with Salesforce is desirable
Experience with modern programming languages
