Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks such as copying, filing, scanning, and faxing
Open, sort, and distribute mail to the appropriate recipients
Organize and manage medical records in the EMR database and paper charts per Agency protocols
Upload progress notes into the EMR system to support timely payroll, contractor payments, and billing
Support with inputting schedules and new patient information as required
Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient, employee, and contractor information
Follow all Agency policies and procedures
Undertake other tasks as assigned to ensure efficient office operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Professional demeanor and appearance are required
Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient, employee, and contractor information
