Responsibilities
Serve as the lead technical champion of the Salesforce practice setting direction and strategy
Partner with client executives to translate business vision into a Salesforce roadmap, ensuring technology supports long-term goals and vision
Develop high-level and detailed technical designs, defining core architecture, data models, and integrating legacy systems and new cloud services
Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and policies, and collaborate across Bridgenext practices serving as the Salesforce technical leader
Guide development teams, provide architectural blueprints, lead solution design, and act as a technical escalation point
Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure holistic solutions
Stay updated on Salesforce features, build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and promote efficient, scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field
10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions which should include experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar technical leadership role
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies
Salesforce Architect-level credentials demonstrating enterprise-scale mastery, including Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect
Demonstrated expertise applying Salesforce architectural best practices beyond individual implementations, including org strategy, governance models, integration patterns, and long-term platform evolution
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing platform and technology landscape
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred but not required
