Associate Director, HR Business Partner

The Associate Director, HR Business Partner will support a dispersed field and sales organization across North America, partnering with leaders to deliver high-quality HR support and drive talent development and employee relations.

Responsibilities
Partner with Ops and Sales leaders on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline
Drive talent development for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning
Guide sales force effectiveness through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs
Lead complex employee relations issues
Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments)
Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of HR experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Prior people leadership experience — managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals
Strong background in talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations
Familiarity with sales incentives and union/non-union workforce issues
