Responsibilities
Partners with Finance Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities
Builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning
Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Supports Lawson upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance related field or equivalent work experience required
Six years of Financial Systems Analyst or Finance/Accounting specialist experience required
Three years of project management experience required
Ability to travel up to 50%
Lawson EFM & EAM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required
Strong knowledge of Lawson's Enterprise Financial Management and Enterprise Asset Management Module including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Cash Management, Invoice Matching, Smart Reconciliation, Project Activity and Accounting, Lease Management, Travel & Expense Management, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and frame work), Lawson Security Administration and Lawson Add-ins required
Strong knowledge of integrating Lawson's EAM & EFM Module with Lawson Enterprise Supply Chain Management Modules, Lawson HCM Module and Lawson Clinical Bridges required
Experience integrating Lawson with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems required
Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors a plus
Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred
