Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified real estate agents through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, Regional Managers and networking events

In collaboration with the Regional Manager, conduct phone screens and schedule in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience

Partner with our Regional and Sales Managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies

Manage the recruiting pipeline, tracking candidate progress and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

In collaboration with the Regional or Sales Managers, negotiate commission schedules

Collaborate with the Recruiting Committee to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials

Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to promote our brand and attract potential candidates
