Responsibilities

Provide a variety of Time Critical Services, including Hand Carry (OBC), Next Flight Out (NFO), partial and full charters, hybrid solutions, and road transport, while enhancing Air Partner’s brand awareness among customers and suppliers

Rotational shifts outside regular working hours are required and demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently in time-critical and challenging situations

Ability to grow relationships and communicate effectively with customers and vendors

Understand aircraft and truck types, both in size and capabilities

Route, Track & Trace loads in process

Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments

Ensure delivery of KPI’s while displaying the values & behaviours expected

Promoting the Time Critical services to Air Partners clients within the US region
