Responsibilities

Conduct internal evaluation of supply chain processes and procedures and work to identify areas or methods for continued improvement
Communicate with existing or potential vendors to identify areas of opportunity
Review and complete plant manufacturing processes and assist in development of standardized processes or improved systems
Support various manufacturing development trials with our engineering teams

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study
Completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework
Passion for taking on new challenges, striving for continuous improvement, and driving results
Intellectual curiosity with creative problem solving, critical thinking, a desire to learn, and a questioning attitude
Analytical, determined, detail-oriented, and adaptable with interest in taking initiative
Strong communication skills
