Third Federal is a leading lender of conventional home mortgages, and they are seeking a reliable, experienced loan professional to join their Customer Care Loan Origination Call Center team. This role involves communicating with prospective customers seeking residential mortgage or equity products and developing successful lead conversion strategies.

Responsibilities
Communicate by telephone, email and text messaging with prospective customers seeking a residential mortgage or an equity product
Regularly contact lead prospects and develop successful lead conversion strategies
Meet with your direct manager monthly to discuss performance and development
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-year recent experience taking financial loan applications
Comfortable working with customers exclusively via phone and email
Strong ability to understand the callers' needs and explain financial information
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar
Positive, proactive, and friendly demeanor
Ability to learn new programs/technology quickly
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Bilingual fluency is a plus
